Zeke's been a zombie working the tent revival circuit with Reverend Thomas since his execution in jail, and he's getting a little tired of the bit-part business of the afterlife. He perks up when a new woman starts coming to the revival meetings.ZOMBIES FOR JESUS by Nina Kiriki Hoffman hooked me right away with the zombies playing cards for actual fingers. This story is not at all what I was expecting. The characters all have dark secrets which would make a thrilling full-length novel.
