Not Deep Enough | Short Story Review | AstraDaemon

DWELLER OF THE DEEP by Sally Parker has a Lovecraftian theme and a lot of potential, but more time is spent on descriptions rather than action. There isn't much to the characters either.

I think if the author lengthened the story, and included more with the cult, perhaps through flashbacks, this could be so much more suspenseful.
